Carefree Return Policy 

How to return your purchase

Please note, we don't accept liability for goods returned using any method other than one of our approved returns services. 

Lacy Lacellia offers complimentary return for all full price items within 30 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided below. Please note that it is not possible to return or exchange personalized, made-to-order, pierced jewelry items, or final sale items. 

Carefree Return Conditions

- All items must be return from the original shipping address with return form. 

- All return items must be with the original packaging, tag and resalable condition.

- Final sale items are excluded from the Carefree Return Condition/Policy.  

- Damaged items or any returned items that Lacy Lacellia reasonable believe not for resale will not be accepted.  

Receiving A Refund

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return.
